Our location is just 10 minutes' walk to the centre of Newquay, only a minute from Lusty Glaze's Private Beach and the beautiful North Cornwall Coastline, which can be seen from the rear of our B&B.

We don't believe in placing restrictions on our guests. Why should you miss out if you want an early or late start to the day? Therefore a self-service breakfast is offered, "Continental Style" and is freshly available when YOU want it.
Lunch & Evening Meals:
We appreciate that sometimes people don't want to eat out for every meal, so in our guest's exclusive dining/living room we provide cutlery, crockery a full size fridge, microwave and kettle.
Therefore after a long day out at the beach or exploring the wonders of Cornwall you may wish to bring back a takeaway, microwave meal, bottle of wine or some beer - with us, you can. We will even do the washing up for you.
